Birthday parties are always fun when there's a theme involved. Scratch that... ALL parties are fun when there's a theme involved. So get creative - gather all your friends together and invite them to dress up for the occasion then go wild with your theme. For example, my crazy little sister got all her friends together at Mandalay Beach and did a pirate-themed party, complete with pirate hats, swords, gold coins, and a "parrot."
