The Bride Spot is updated and maintained by the team at Wish Wonder Dream - a boutique wedding coordination company based in sunny Pasadena, California.

Our blog is designed to be a source of inspiration, guidance, and assistance to the brides we work with personally and to brides everywhere who find us on their own. We spotlight vendors that we've worked with & loved, new ideas for themes and schemes, fabulous accessories, personalization ideas, and so much more!

We also celebrate the couples we work by sharing stories and pictures from their wedding day. The blog is also designed to correspond perfectly with The Dream Book, a special gift that each Wish Wonder Dream bride receives.

We'll help you with design ideas, style inspirations, vendors recommendations, and all sorts of valuable wedding insights that only professionals can bring you. We live and breathe weddings anyway so it's only right that we share.

So enjoy the blog and please feel free to write to us with suggestions and contributions. We'd love that!  Happy Planning & Congratulations!

A Beautiful Enagement Session with Our Clients Pamela and Khalif

We are SOOO looking forward to Pamela and Khalif's upcoming wedding. They are getting married very soon at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills and we simply couldn't be more excited for them!

At our last planning meeting Pamela shared a few images from her beautiful engagement session with Rhea Ashlynn (who will also be shooting her wedding - yay!) The photos were so sweet and charming and such a lovely reflection of Pamela and her wonderful hubby-to-be.

So in honor of their upcoming wedding we are sharing a few of our very favorites from the set. Pamela  and Khalif - we can't wait to help you celebrate your special day!

Thank you Rhea Ashlynn for these photos. More can be seen on her blog here.

Congratulations Stacie and Greg!

I am so pleased to be posting these photos today. I am even more pleased that we were asked to coordinate such a gorgeous event. Stacie came to us only a month before her wedding and said she felt pretty confident that she'd handled all the big details but that she'd really like our team to step in to provide Month Of coordination. We did our extensive planning meeting together to make sure all the t's were crossed and all the i's were dotted and then we arrived on Stacie and Greg's wedding day to bring it all to life. Stacie had visited the Blossom Floral website and came across the spectacular work of Rebecca Chung. She saw one particular chuppah in her portfolio and fell in love. So Stacie asked Rebecca to recreate it (just like in the picture) for her wedding. Well, that worked out perfectly for us because the photo she saw was from a past wedding we coordinated for Desiree and Rich. And once Stacie tracked down the florist, her next step was to track us down too. We're so pleased that she did and it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of such a special day for Stacie and her new husband Greg. Their intimate celebration was warm and wonderful and the guests couldn't have been nicer or more supportive of their union. It was just a feel-good night for Stacie and Greg, who celebrated with 23 of their of the closest friends and family. Thank you Stacie and Greg for allowing us to be part of your wonderful memory.

These gorgeous photos were taken by Michele Andersen of Michele Andersen Photography. Thank you for your beautiful work!

Sneak Peak Video: Audrey and Juan at The Long Beach Hyatt

Our fantastic couple Audrey and Juan were married in July at the Long Beach Hyatt Hotel, overlooking the gorgeous Pacific Ocean on what turned out to be one of the prettiest days of the summer. We are so happy for them and can't wait to post the full collection of their photos and video. In the meantime, here is the Wedding Trailer created by their amazing videographer Isabel Gonzales of Isabel Cinemathique. Thanks so much for sharing this with us Audrey and ALL our best to you and your new hubby!

LOVE THESE: 7 Dresses for Mothers at $200 or less

On your big day, two of the people who will be most excited are your & your fiance's mothers. They've been waiting for this day your whole life and watching their babies walk down the aisle will be one of their most special memories. So make sure mom looks and feels sassy and chic by helping her choose a look that brings out her best.

That can definitely be accomplished without breaking the bank and we'd like to offer some suggestions for fabulous styles that ring up at $200 or Less. One of our favorite department stores for all things wedding attire is Dillards.com. We're not even sure where the nearest actual store is but the website is one of our go-to destinations when it comes to finding  gorgeous dresses at great prices (and they even have a Mother of the Bride section on their site). Today, we're featuring dresses for mom and we highly recommend checking it out for great finds for bridesmaids and flower girls too.

Here are our top 7 picks for mom:

From the top:

1. Adrianna Papell Tiered Gown $196

2. Jkara Beaded Chiffon Gown $200

3. Jkara Floral-Beaded Chiffon Gown $200

4. Adrianna Papell Lace Gown $189

5. Alex Evenings Jacquard Jacket Dress $160

6. JS Collectin Bolero Jacket Dress $200

7. Alex Evening Twin Set and Skirt about $200

LOVE THESE: Vintage Marquee Signs

We came across these vintage marquee light signs in this Etsy seller's store and were immediately sprung. Ok, so they're kinda pricey but what an impact they make!!! I love the idea of the bride and groom standing under a custom sign of their names while they recite their vows, or a sign that says "Just Married" or "Crazy About You" or "Love" on a focal wall at their reception, or a sign that says "Candy" or "Sweet" or "Dessert" above a candy/dessert station. I could go on....

These are such a fun, vintage-inspired look that harken (yes I said harken) back to the olden days when the circus train would pull into town. No I don't literally remember those days but I'm sure they were lovely :)

Anyway, I just had to share. Enjoy and have a great weekend!

These signs can be purchase here
